Cat Dash Update

I updated cat dash to add the following, last update will probably controller support, then thats it!

Made UI buttons rotate only when hovering over it

Implemented fun awards for getting all achievements

added a background to the skatey fight

fixed the "fight skatey" achievement

added more decorations

made walldu easier to find

added some squash and stretch to the UI buttons

added sfx for car crash explosions

made instances of text fit in with the rest of the ui, eg, the achievement UI

removed herobrine

I also added experimental camera movement, but I removed it, maybe in the next update? idk lol
